Your rain falls like crazy fingers,
Peals of fragile thunder keeping time.
Recall the days that still are to come,
Some sing blue.
Hang your heart on laughing willow,
Stray down to the water,
Deep sea of love.
Beneath the sweet calm face of the sea,
Swift undertow.

"Life may be sweeter for this, I don't know.
See how it feels in the end.
May Lady Lullaby sing plainly for you,
Soft, strong, sweet and true."
~
Cloud hands reaching from a rainbow,
Tapping at the window, touch your hair.
So swift and bright,
Strange figures of light,
Float in air.
Who can stop what must arrive now?
Something new is waiting to be born.
Dark as the night,
You're still by my side,
Shining side.
Gone are the days we stopped to decide,
Where we should go,
We just ride.
Gone are the broken eyes we saw through in dreams.
Gone - both dream and lie.
~
"Life may be sweeter for this, I don't know.
Feels like it might be alright.
While Lady Lullaby sings plainly for you,
Love still rings true."
~
Midnight on a carousel ride,
Reaching for the gold ring down inside.
Never could reach,
It just slips away, but I try.
The Jellyfish Path
Ruby, still entranced by the sorrowful sound of the lullaby, followed the trail of glowing blue Will O' Wisps through the forest and eventually became lost on the Jellyfish Path. Zoe hurried behind Ruby on the narrow path and watched from a distance as Ruby turned into a sparkly hummingbird in order to flit above the jellyfishes stinging tentacles. Levi was behind Zoe and he stopped on the trail just behind her as Ruby's bright wings flitted away. Hazel and Finn ventured off on a different path, and had said they would be sure to meet up around dinner time.
Levi turned around on the path and started to walk back they way they had come. Zoe wanted to look for Ruby's wings with the monocular, but Levi said they should probably find another way out. Up ahead on the forest path, Levi saw more brightly colored Will O' Wisps. Yellow, pink, red, orange, green and lavender orbs of different sizes bounced around in the trees, glowing softly in the forest sunlight.
Levi heard a voice singing again, but this time it was a different song. The voice sang:
Your rain falls like crazy fingers,
Peals of fragile thunder keeping time.
Recall the days that still are to come,
Some sing blue.
Hang your heart on laughing willow,
Stray down to the water,
Deep sea of love.
Beneath the sweet calm face of the sea,
Swift undertow.

"Come on Levi," Zoe tugged at Levi's cloak. "I think I've heard this song before. It's a beautiful song about a pair of lovers who meet at a willow tree down by the water. All we have to do is follow the Lavender orb that sings its song."
Levi grabbed his Travel Pack, "Good, maybe Hazel and Finn will find us there. Keep an eye out for Ruby on the way."
