The Blue Owlet appears as a human vampire / shapeshifter in Levi and the Terrorist Chasers. Sapphire is the September birthstone and represents clear thinking. Sapphires were a source of protection for travelers and brought peace and wisdom. Some sapphires are pale, while others are brilliant blue. They also come in orange, green, yellow, and pink.
